During the American Revolution Bicentennial the American Freedom Train traveled across the country with its exhibits of historical and cultural significance.
This view taken at “sunburst” (6:20 AM, April 6, 1976) shows the train below America’s tallest national monument, the Gateway Arch on the St. Louis riverfront.
